Charles Phaneuf is a Raleigh native with a passion for arts and their role in community development. He returned to the area to become Executive Director of Raleigh Little Theatre in January 2012.
Previously, he was Managing Director of Joe’s Movement Emporium, a multi-disciplinary performing arts center located outside of Washington, DC, and Associate Managing Director of Shakespeare Theatre Company during the expansion into the Harman Center of the Arts. Charles was named to the Triangle Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2014, and serves on the board of the Hillsborough Street Community Service Corporation, chairing the Arts, Recreation & Cultural committee, and the Friends of the Gregg Museum at North Carolina State University, as secretary/treasurer.
In his free time, he plays music and can be found playing the saxophone and clarinet in local jazz clubs and occasionally subbing with the North Carolina Symphony.
Enjoy our networking cocktail hour in the spacious upper floor of Cantina 18. Then, Cantina 18 will provide a buffet dinner for our group. There will be plenty of food and vegetarian options. A salad, entree, sides, and dessert will be provided. Beverages: Soda, Tea, or Water plus a full Cash Bar available with a wide selection of beer, wine, well drinks, and non-alcohol beverages.
Because there is a limited capacity for this event, we recommend advance registration.
